What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the creator calls a butterfly

It all begins with an idea…

And for a long period of time, I have flirted with this idea of creating things that I can't find myself. In other words, having heard this old maxim, "You, are the average of the people you spend your time with" I had rudimentary questions about its impact on my life, which only deepened when Covid happened.

For more than a year, the blueprint we identified with changed and for the most part, it felt like life was in limbo. So, scratching my own itch around the thought of "Not having access to the people I want to be an average of", I simply turned to books and identified with them. I sensed an unusual sympathy, relating to episodes, quotes, life experiences and much more. I resolved that by living another person's journey and the exactitude of their being through a book, one can crystallise on some important experiences which are worth visiting and revisiting time and time again and create an abundance of lifetimes.

So starting with this idea of creating a repertoire of my journey with books, I have decided to share the ‘best takeaways’ and ‘words to live by’ from books, ranging from memoirs to philosophies, self-help to business and research-driven books.

As the journey continues this library will grow and accumulate a plethora of resources, ideas and points of reference, ready and running to service vitality, growth and greatness in the long run.

Like Napolean Hill said, “Every man should create his personal "Cabinet of Invisible Counsellors". I am excited to invite numerous invisible counsellors to this table!
